They were friendly and professional. Nancy Carrillo and the two Maria's one named China were super helpful. China was very pleasant and helped me find a good smog test place near by and Nancy was great with follow up and follow through, but both were very knowledgeable, informative, and awesome. They helped me avoid the lines and hours at the DMV along with the crowds. To register my new used vehicle would have taken two months per DMV appointment openings, but I just walked in and provided the documents: insurance, title or bill of sale and smog test and they do the rest for you. They even do a vehicle inspection inhouse. They're so amazing that I came back to register a second new used car through them. I highly recommend their services. It's worth it for a small 60.00 fee. ~ Mila G

Great doing business with North Las Vegas DMV Services! I needed to register a newly acquired vehicle. Was told by Nevada (state run) DMV to get to their office early only on Saturday (my earliest appointment is in 90 days). I got there at 5:45 AM and the lot was almost full & line was long with no gauruntee that I would even get in hours later. I came here and for a reasonable charge they took care of my DMV registration, plates and title. NO WAITING, I walked in and was immediately processed. Friendly & professional. Support private small businesses like this one, especially when government run agencies are run so poorly. ~ Mike J

Received notice it was time to renew my registration. Same day I went to schedule an appointment at the DMV… DMV was booked for over a month which meant I’d get a late fee. Remembered I’d used this company to register my trailer a few months ago and how smooth, fast and easy it was. Dropped in on a Friday, got my sticker on Monday. Not only that, the DMV charged me less than they said and this company gave me a refund for the charges the DMV didn’t charge. Incredible! I am SO thankful for this company, especially here in Las Vegas. I drive 30 minutes to get here. ~ Tucker

Mood - Ugh So as many ppl know, I was a fleet director. So I know my way around the DMV with requirements and what's needed to register a vehicle. When I saw the DMV appointments online were extended out to May 13th, I knew I needed to get a service involved. Of course I researched and saw this establishment had a strong rating across all platforms. Upon entering was quickly greeted by the infamous Sylvia. Her name has been mentioned in several other reviews and I can state that the customer service and knowledge I received from her was top notch. She got me in and out with ease. When my plates were ready I received a phone call. I would most def recommend- the pricing is below what most runners charge here in the valley. However the customer service is what stole the show. The hours are beyond convenient as well. This whole process I never once felt like I was just a number, and in this day and age for me that's important. Location is Las Vegas Blvd/ Cheyenne- ample parking ~ No P

Literally will NEVER step foot into a dmv again! Nick and Maria were beyond amazing and full of life and laughter and truly made the entire process a breeze!! I walked in on a Friday night Literally right before they were closing and they still assisted me without hesitation! Even got the title issue taken care of the next morning! I was able to pick up my plates and registration legit during the next business day!! You are crazy if you don't do business with them PERIOD! Thanks again to all of you! Very friendly staff!! My particular registration was challenging, Maria worked very hard and guided me thru the process getting my registration completed as fast as possible for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend using DMV services. EDIT: 3/22/2022. DMV services was again fast and professional! Due to health reasons, completing registration and obtaining Disabled placards myself would have been difficult at best. thankfully DMV services was able to get it done within a week for a small Fee. Again, HIGHLY recommend DVM services!! ~ JOHN N

I highly recommend this place, not only did they help me thru text but made sure to make everything easy as possible. I got my plates about 3 days later and honestly there fee isn't bad. I tried going to the DMV myself and people had been there from 4am so I clearly wasn't getting in just getting there at 7am. So coming here was honestly the best thing to do. The girl who helped us was at the desk to the left as soon as you enter. She was EXTREMELY nice and funny. ~ Angel G

“I went to this office this morning around 10 AM when I realized my plates were suspended. As soon as I got there, they greeted me with kindness, and I sat with Sylvia to begin my process. She was super helpful, explaining every single detail to help me resolve my situation. In a matter of an hour and a half, she was able to activate my plates. I’m super thankful she saved me time, and I’m sure a lot of money too. I definitely recommend her business for any DMV needs. ~ Frann B

100 STARS!! This is our 7th time using the DMV services here over the past few years and we will return in the future. They are knowledgeable and make the process very easy and their services are very affordable. You pay a little extra for them to do your paperwork and they go to the DMV and bring your tags for you to pick up from their office. No trips to the DMV. They also speak Spanish and are open till 7:00 p.m. most days. Must check them out. I recommend them ~ bee z

I had an issue getting my drivers license renewed, and went to several other DMV services who were either rude, didn’t return my phone calls, or said I would have to personally go to the DMV to resolve the issue myself. I spoke with Ali at North Las Vegas DMV Services and not only did he resolve my issue, he handled everything over the phone and I didn’t even have to leave home! I will NEVER go to The DMV again, I Googled Dmv services for North Las Vegas And Babyyyyy when I tell you it was the Best Decision ever... I meet Sylvia who assisted me ..in 20 mins total and Advised me that Honey can go in Coffee.. (it was so Good)..And did I tell u this was on A Saturday.. I got a Call Monday afternoon from Nancy, who said my Plates were ready to be picked up.. The Services was Amazing and FAST.. Thanks Again 😊 ~ Keisha C

Absolutely amazing. The fastest I’ve ever got my registration and plates! It was legit only 2 days!!! Also all the workers are really sweet and just a pleasure to be around and great smiles all around. Highly recommend coming here to get your DMV services done. Went here to skip the headache of the DMV and my experience with Nick was amazing. He was helpful and quick to switch my out of state plates to Nevada. He went above and beyond my expectations and I got my plates and registration the next day! They also performed my VIN inspection as well. Nancy was my rep who took care of me at North Las Vegas DMV service. She was welcoming and was first to acknowledge me when I came through the door. She showed me she cared and was on top of getting my title which I ha e been waiting for over 2 years. She made sure I was able to get the title on time for me to sell my car. I stopped in, to see what kind of DMV services they offer, and I am so happy I did, they really didn't offer the service I needed which was a driver's license renewal, but a very nice girl Nancy, helped me, fix my issue with her own personal time and , come ask for her and she's also the one representing us at DMV getting y'all plates 3 5 business my hats off for her she's amazing very polite and knowledgeable ~ Kelly

These folks are the BEST!! Went to them for our cars registration and plates on a Thursday and got them on Tuesday. Way better than the dmv and super super helpful. I will be returning to them when I need services. That team is the beat and I cant thank them enough for all there help. Trust me I know looks scary but let me tell you this place is amazing great customer service ,friendly staff, very knowledgeable on dmv services and the headaches they will save you and time and for 90 bucks not to wait or stand around dmv I'll pay that all day can not say enough on how patient and friendly the staff is please if you are looking to get help with the dmv you need go no where else place rocks. ~ BIGGRIZZ 1

We first used this service for our Chevy Malibu, they were very professional and attentive. While I was out of town, someone hit my wife and totaled the car. I was so distraught but finally found another car and took it here to get registered. Not only did they transfer the plates but they were fast! You truly can’t go wrong with this place! Where do I start. I am so glad I found North Las Vegas DMV services. They are very professional and have great customer service. I needed my registration done after I took over a vehicle from a relative that I had co signed and there was an insurance lapse. Everything was explained. They are a great team. Nancy was very helpful & informative. Their prices are excellent compared to other places I've been to & their service is fast & friendly. I recommend this place for any & everyone who's tired of waiting in DMV lines especially just to be told U have to come back due to something being incomplete.
